Which countries do you ship to

This is a dedicated website for Australia. This website is only for our Australian customers. We deliver to all places in Australia. Shipping outside Australia is currently not available.

How much is shipping

Shipping costs Australia-Wide: AU$7.99 for 0-500g, AU$12.99 for 0.5kg-3kg. Over 3kg – based on weight & delivery postcode. All orders are shipped with tracking.

We acquire instant live quotes from Australia Post, Fastway Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please, TOLL, TNT, Star Track Express, Border Express, Allied Express, Hunter Express and few other companies to compare and then offer you the lowest possible shipping rate for your order and location.

Do you combine order for shipping

Yes, we combine your order automatically for the lowest possible shipping rate. Lowest shipping rate with combined postage is automatically applied in the cart or checkout pages.

Do you offer order pickup

Who will deliver my order

We use Australia Post, Fastway Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please, TOLL, TNT, Star Track Express, Border Express, Allied Express, Hunter Express and few other companies to deliver orders. We only use the super fast delivery services and stay away from the regular snail-mail. All the orders are sent out with Tracking or Registered Post.

When will I get my order delivered

Orders are processed only after the payment is confirmed. Most orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 9am and 3pm are processed on the same day; otherwise the next business day. Most orders are ready for despatch the same or the next business day after processing. There may be unforeseen delays related to system issues or courier company; but such delays are rare.

Delivery times are between 2-10 days within Australia. The delivery times (ETA) are estimates only. We use Couriers & Australia Post to deliver your orders on time & responsibly. These are companies are external to us. We don’t have any control over or access to their operations or systems.

Most orders are delivered on time & without any issue. We are always here to help you as much as we possibly can. However, we will not be held responsible for any delays or loss or damage related to deliveries.

In case the couriers and transport service providers are unable to deliver to your shipping address, we will notify you as soon as possible and try to find a solution. If that is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

My delivery is late or I didn’t receive my order- what should I do

We have been consistently dispatching orders very quickly for many years, as we know our customers are waiting for their orders. All the orders are sent with Tracking Numbers or Registered Post. You can find your order Tracking Number in your shipping notification email and also within your accounts page on our website.

In case of a delay, please use your tracking number and contact the delivery company directly because in most cases your parcel would be nearby and the delivery person might be having difficulties in locating you. We also provide the couriers with your phone number so they can text you the delivery updates and call you in case of a problem.

Refunds & Returns FAQ:

I am not happy with the item- what should I do

Please contact us and we will respond back quickly. We fully comply with The Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides basic rights for consumers to return goods that they have bought, including if they are faulty, don’t match samples, or doesn’t perform as expected. Hygiene, Health & Medical products cannot be returned due to the health & safety reasons.

I changed my mind- what should I do

Please contact us and we will respond back quickly. We have a No-Questions-Asked 14-day money back guarantee. You can return your order if you change your mind or do not need the product- No Problems. Items will need to be returned within 14 days of you receiving them- Unused and in Original Undamaged Packaging in a resaleable condition. Only the product values will be refunded; not the shipping fee. You will be responsible for the return postage charge. Restocking fee may apply for some items like consumer electronics, heavy bulky items, etc. Restocking fee will also apply to order deliveries not accepted and sent back by the customer for change of mind.

Products can be exchanged with items of same value. It may take up to 14 days to process the exchange. For change of mind- the buyer is responsible for all associated postage costs.

All returns need to be authorized. You must only return the item with an order specific RMA number and to the return address provided. Please do not send any items back without the order specific RMA number and the correct return address provided by us. Our return addresses are in Australian capital cities across Australia. Hygiene, Health & Medical products cannot be returned due to the health & safety reasons.

You may cancel your order if you notify us prior to the order dispatch. We are unable to cancel any order once it has been dispatched.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our website’s pricing and content. In case of a technical, pricing or content error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

In case of a refund, how will I be reimbursed

In case of a refund, your money will be refunded the same way as your payment for the order.
